Rich in critical resources, strategic infrastructure, and innovation, the Arctic region is key to EU resilience and competitiveness. What happens in the Arctic resonates globally. The session will bring together policymakers and regional actors to explore how EU cohesion policy and other mechanisms can better support dual-use investments, unlock sustainable growth in the Arctic, all while advancing comprehensive security and preparedness. By connecting local and European priorities, we aim to identify concrete pathways for a stronger, more secure, and resilient Union.
