Before you arrive
Make sure you have your personal entry QR code and a valid identity card or passport with you.
Your QR code was sent to you via email on Friday 09/10. The digital QR code on your phone is sufficient; you do not need to print it. In case you cannot find the mail please check your spam folder and add contact@euregionsweek.eu to your safe senders list. If you still cannot locate it, please contact Secretariat at contact@euregionsweek.eu
Driving licences are not accepted as identification documents.
Please also check that the first and last name in the QR code mail correspond to your official identification document.
Collecting your badge
Your personal QR code is required to collect your event badge. Scan your QR code at one of the kiosks at the entrance of the venues.
To collect your badge please go to:
Jacques Delors Building (JDE)

Your badge is valid for the entire duration of the event. Please wear it visibly at all times.
Security and entry
All participants and bags must pass through security screening at the entrance of the buildings.
To allow sufficient time for badge collection and security checks, we recommend arriving at least 45 minutes before the start of your session.
Please avoid bringing suitcases or large trolley bags. Large suitcases are not permitted inside the venues.
Cloakrooms are available at both main venues.
A dedicated fast lane at SQUARE is available - please reach it if mentioned in your QR email.
Access to sessions
Please check your personalised agenda in the event platform and make sure you know the building and room of each session you are registered to and allow sufficient time to reach them.
Access to sessions is managed through your event badge. Conference assistants will scan your badge at the entrance of the meeting room.
You can access the sessions for which you are registered.
Registrations are closed. Should you wish to attend a session you are not registered to, please check with the conference assistants at the session doors. You will be allowed should there be capacity in the room. If you are registered for a session but do not enter within 5 minutes of the scheduled start time, your place may be given to another participant.
