Public Transport
The nearest train station is Brussels Central Station, approximately 400 metres from the venue. However, due to ongoing works, the lift serving the platforms at Brussels Central Station is currently unavailable. This significantly affects wheelchair users and other passengers with reduced mobility. Passengers with reduced mobility are advised to use Parc or De Brouckère metro stations instead.
Participants are advised to check the STIB-MIVB Journey Planner before travelling for the latest information on routes, lift availability and accessibility arrangements.
Accessible Car Parking
The nearest accessible and Blue Badge parking is located in the basement of the venue, at the Interparking Albertine-Square car park. The car park is fully paved and provides step-free access to the venue's front entrance. It is open 24 hours and includes charging facilities for electric vehicles. Entrance
A dedicated wheelchair-accessible entrance is located at Mont des Arts Terrasse Cube (referred to as the “Silver Entrance”).
To ensure a smooth and safe experience, we recommend that visitors who use mobility aids, or who are blind, have low vision, are deaf, or hard of hearing, use this step-free entrance. It includes a separate security line and helps avoid the crowds and stairs at the main entrance.
This entrance is located at the top of the Cube and provides direct, step-free access to the building. It is not open to the general public; however, a security guard will be present to provide access to event participants. Please be prepared to show your event badge or email confirmation with QR code.
General access
- All floors are accessible by a wheelchair-friendly lift
- Most internal staircases are equipped with platform lifts or mobile ramps
- Accessible toilets (WC PMR) are available and clearly signposted
- Venue security staff are trained to assist visitors with accessibility needs
Floor access via lift and escalator
Sessions are held across several levels within the venue, all floors are accessible by lifts. The Square building connects levels 0 to +5 with the ‘North Lift’ and the ‘South Lift’. Level 0 to -2 are connected by a separate elevator.
An escalator connects the levels -1 and 0.
Passageways
Most passageways are wide and free of obstacles, supporting smooth movement for wheelchair users and people with reduced mobility.
However, due to the high number of attendees expected, movement between rooms may be slower or congested. We recommend allowing extra time to navigate the venue, especially during peak session transitions.
The Silver Hall is accessible via a platform lift. Please note that this lift may not meet all accessibility standards due to its limited size. An alternative accessible entrance is available.
If you require assistance moving between rooms or levels, please contact the registration team in advance or visit the information desk during the event.
Floor Surfaces
The main event rooms are carpeted, providing a stable surface for mobility aids.
The entrance hall has a highly polished tile floor, which may be slippery for some users.
Quiet Room
A quiet room (Circle 110) is available for attendees who require a calm or private space.
Accessible Toilets
Adapted toilets are available throughout the venue. They are clearly signposted and designed for ease of use. Level +5 (Panoramic Hall) does not have an accessible toilet. The nearest accessible option is located on Level +4 South.
Side transfer from wheelchair to toilet is possible from left to right.
A Changing Places toilet is also available; its location will be clearly indicated on-site.

Entrance and Building Access
The main entrance is located on Rue Belliard 99-101, 1040 Brussels.
The building is wheelchair accessible, with step-free access available at the main entrance. Security staff are trained to assist visitors with accessibility requirements.
Conference assistants will be available outside the building to give priority assistance to participants with reduced mobility or special access needs, helping them avoid long queues at the entrance.
Internal Mobility
All public areas and meeting rooms are accessible by lift.
Most passageways are wide and free of obstacles, supporting smooth movement for wheelchair users and people with reduced mobility.
Accessible toilets are available and signposted throughout the building.

Support and Assistance
If you plan to attend with support person who is not registered for the event, you can inform us on the spot so that we can arrange access.
