- Monica Paulsen is the Cluster Manager of Arctic Cluster Team. She represents a Norwegian industry cluster that brings together companies, public authorities, and knowledge institutions to strengthen innovation, competitiveness, and sustainable value creation in Northern Norway. The cluster works across sectors and borders, with strong collaboration with partners in Sweden and Finland, Iceland, Greenland and the Faroe Islands, focusing on industrial development in the Arctic and High North. Arctic Cluster Team provides a platform for cooperation at the intersection of industry, security, innovation, and regional development, and supports companies in navigating regulatory frameworks and opportunities (nationally and EU).
