From Policy to Territory: Making the MEDITERRANEAN PACT Work

The Action Plan of the Pact for the Mediterranean has just been released, covering key areas for EU regions and cities such as the energy transition, migration and security, and economic integration. As the Action Plan is intended to be a living document—continuously updated with new initiatives and supported by a clear governance framework—this seminar will provide an opportunity to hear the perspectives of EU regions and cities and explore how they can contribute to implementing the Action Plan at territorial level. EU Cohesion Policy lies at the core of all EU policies and requires the integration of the Pact’s territorial dimension to build a stronger Europe and Mediterranean region.
