- Aldrin Dalipi is an experienced public official with a long career in local, regional, and central government in Albania. He has served as President of the Tirana Regional Council since 2015 and is currently in his third term. In 2025, he was elected President of the Adriatic Ionian Euroregion, a network of local and regional authorities operating in the Adriatic Ionian area. Previously, he held positions including Chair of the Tirana Municipal Council and Spokesperson for the Albanian Government. He is member of a Joint Consultative Committees (JCCs) for the enlargement at the CoR. His background also includes experience in the media sector as a journalist and manager, alongside studies in Law and Arts Management.
