How can regions make better use of public resources and attract private investment to support priorities such as housing, innovation and the green transition? Looking ahead to the post-2027 period and the future National and Regional Partnership Plans, this session will explore how financial instruments can leverage private funding, increase the impact of public resources and support long-term regional investment. Drawing on the experience of practitioners, including financial institutions, it will examine how financial products can be designed and implemented to support the resilience and competitiveness of regional economies.
