- I have been active in the Romanian banking sector for over 20 years, gaining experience in both the branch network (Front Office) and the Head Office of BRD Groupe Société Générale. My work has focused on developing banking product portfolios for corporate clients, particularly regarding project financing involving non-repayable EU funds, government programs, and financial instruments provided by international financial institutions (EIB/EIF, EBRD, IFC).
Since 2017, I have coordinated the commercial activities of the European Funds, National Programs, and Partnerships (EUNAT) Department, while also establishing a team of regional experts (the Europmentor division) to provide know-how and specialized support across the BRD network. Since 2022, I have overseen the entire EUNAT department in the role of EUNAT Department Director. I am actively involved in professional associations such as CONCORDIA (as team leader of the European Funds task force), CCIFER (Romanian-French Chamber of Commerce and Industry), CDR (Coalition for Romania’s Development), CPBR (Council of Banking Employers in Romania), and ARB (Romanian Banking Association). Since 2022, I have served as a full member of the PNRR (National Recovery and Resilience Plan) Monitoring Committee, representing CONCORDIA.
With an academic background in economics—specializing in International Economic Relations—I hold an MBA from the program run by BBS (Bucharest Business School) in partnership with CNAM Paris (Conservatoire National des Arts et des Métiers).
Since 2024, I have been actively involved in promoting ESG concepts related to Gender Finance.
