- Head of the Financial Instruments and relations with the international financial institutions unit in the Regional and Urban Policy DG of the European Commission. The unit's work is to promote, explain and facilitate the use of financial instruments in ERDF, Cohesion Fund and Just Transition Fund programmes in coordination with the international financial institutions. We aim to promote financial instruments that derisk investments and leverage additional funds to complement the Cohesion policy fund contribution.
