How can culture serve as a catalyst for territorial cooperation and regional competitiveness in Europe? Drawing on the Millenium project led by the Normandy region, the session will explore how historical heritage can become a strategic asset: beyond its cultural dimension and administrative borders, it produces shared value that fosters long-term collaboration between European regions, creates networks, promotes joint projects and makes the regions more attractive. Millenium's ambition of joining the Council of Europe’s Cultural Routes Programme will boost this collective momentum, showcasing it as a collaborative model for strengthening European identity through culture and collaboration.
