High Level Session - A Cohesion Policy for a competitive Union

In this high-level session, EVP Raffaele Fitto will be joined by key stakeholders to debate the future of cohesion policy and how place-based policies help build stronger and more competitive regions and Europe. EU’s success will depend on completing the single market through the efficient mobilisation of all available resources, enabling all regions and citizens to contribute to and benefit from it. Turning the diverse potential of EU regions into European competitiveness, sustainable growth and resilience, requires a strategic and integrated approach to investment and reforms, building on regions’ competitive strengths, and addressing their specific challenges.
