Regions turning industrial waste into circular value chains

How can regions accelerate the green industrial transition while strengthening local competitiveness? This session, organised in the framework of the European project CIRCULOOS, presents three circular manufacturing pilots with clear regional value: recycled plastic parts for the automotive sector in Spain, leather waste reuse for fashion and accessories in Hungary, and reclaimed wood for sustainable construction in the Netherlands. Designed for manufacturers, digital innovation hubs, recyclers, technology providers and regional innovation actors, the session will show how local ecosystems can connect skills, data and partners to build resilient and circular supply chains.
