Strong National and Regional Partnership Plans: bringing together objectives, territory, and people

Ensuring the effective integration of the territorial dimension, together with recognising the strong role of regions in the programming process and the implementation of National and Regional Partnership Plans for the 2028–2034 period, is a challenge Member States are facing. How can National and Regional Partnership Plans address the diverse needs of individual territories? How can regions be strongly involved in delivering strategic objectives? How to best reconcile the EU and national objectives with the diversity of regional and territorial challenges within a single plan? During the seminar, we will address these questions and seek common, feasible solutions that can be implemented.
