- Lucila Castro Rovillard is a Project Manager at FUNDECYT-PCTEX, where she has been working since 2007 leading regional, national, and European initiatives. She played a key role in the development of Extremadura’s Smart Specialisation Strategy and continues to support the regional government as part of the RIS3 Technical Office, focusing on the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of the Strategy.
