An economist by profession, I bring over 15 years of experience in structural funds management within the North-East Regional Development Agency. Throughout my career, I have gained comprehensive expertise across almost all stages of the funding lifecycle—ranging from evaluation, selection, and contracting, to implementation, payments, public procurement, and sustainability monitoring, as well as the design of guidelines and working procedures.
Currently, my primary objective is transforming cohesion policy investments into tangible regional impact. I am dedicated to enhancing programme effectiveness through continuous learning and procedural simplification. I coordinate efforts to integrate emerging technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence, into our core administrative workflows, collaborating closely with international institutions like the World Bank. I strongly believe that digital innovation and a committed approach to adaptive learning are essential to maximizing the impact of European investments.
