- Dr. Tillmann Heidelk focusses on assessing the impact of cohesion policy and the methods for analyses. Previously, Tillmann contributed to the green transition initiative and the response to the energy crisis. Additionally, has several years of experience at the World Bank and founded an international nonprofit organisation for youth empowerment. He holds a PhD in Economics from the European Center for Advanced Research in Economics and Statistics, Brussels.
