In the face of demographic and digital challenges, the Greater Region is coordinating its efforts to stabilise the labour market. With the support of European funding, it is focusing on joint training programmes, the recognition of qualifications and the transferability of skills. The Greater Region’s ‘Labour Market’ working group focuses on: • Retaining and attracting a skilled workforce. • Strengthening cross-border professional mobility. • Developing future-oriented skills, with a focus on sustainable development and AI. • Linking lifelong learning, employment and the labour market within a framework of sustainable development.
