- José Luis González Prada is Secretary General and Legal Representative of the Fundación Rei Afonso Henriques (Spain–Portugal), a position he has held since 2002. A lawyer by training, with over 25 years of professional experience, he specialises in European territorial cooperation, EU-funded programmes, cross-border governance, international trade, and public administration. He has led the management of numerous Spain–Portugal Interreg projects and serves as Director of EUROPE DIRECT Zamora, promoting European policies and citizen engagement. A former Deputy Mayor of Zamora, he has extensive experience in institutional relations, public management and strategic communication, making him a recognised expert in cross-border cooperation between Spain and Portugal.
