This interactive workshop demonstrates how roleplay can be used as a practical tool in regional development. Participants will step into different local roles and explore how rural communities can respond to challenges such as youth out-migration, limited opportunities and weak dialogue between stakeholders. Through a guided exercise and short panel insights, the session shows how playful and participatory methods can support inclusion, collaboration and new ideas for stronger rural regions.
