- Noemí Llauradó Sans is the President of the Tarragona Provincial Council and First Deputy Mayor of Reus. She has led the Provincial Council since 2019 and was re-elected for a second term in July 2023. She holds a degree in Law from Universitat Rovira i Virgili, as well as a Master’s degree in Legal Practice from the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya. She has extensive professional experience in public administration and legal services within the Government of Catalonia.
She previously served as a member of the Parliament of Catalonia (2018–2019) and has held several leadership positions in local government, particularly in the areas of healthcare and municipal management in Reus. Her work focuses on territorial cohesion, strengthening local governance, and enhancing support for municipalities across the province of Tarragona.
