- Halyna Yakubovych has served as Deputy Mayor of Vinnytsia since 2015, overseeing the city's social sector. Her portfolio covers social protection, education, culture, sports, and family and youth policy, and she is also responsible for guardianship and custody matters and for ensuring equal rights and opportunities for women and men. She coordinates the work of the city's departments of social policy, healthcare, education and culture, as well as the Children's Service, the youth policy division and the physical culture and sports committee. At the regional level, she is a member of the Vinnytsia Oblast Council (8th convocation) and chairs its standing commission on economy, finance and budget, which links her municipal social agenda with regional budgetary and economic policy.
