- Stéphane Blanchet (born February 6, 1970) is a French public official and politician.
He has been the Mayor of Sevran since 2018, elected as part of a left-wing coalition. He was re-elected in March 2026 for his third term.
At the departmental level, he has served since 2021 as a Departmental Councillor for Seine-Saint-Denis. He is also a Vice-President of the Departmental Council, responsible for autonomy policies, including services for elderly people, disability support, and social inclusion.
