- Javier Silva Pérez is the Barcelona Provincial Councillor for Social Sustainability, Life Cycle and Community, as well as a member of the Board of Directors of the Barcelona Theatre Institute and the Local Audiovisual Network, S.L. He holds a degree in Political Science and Public Administration from the Autonomous University of Barcelona and has been Mayor of Polinyà since 2015. He also served as Barcelona Provincial Councillor for Youth from 2019 to 2023.
