- Leonardo Lotto is the Regional Minister for European Affair, Innovation, PNRR, national policies for Mountains and Youth policies of Valle d’Aosta autonomous Region.
He holds a degree from Bocconi University and completed postgraduate studies in Management at the National University of Singapore and CEMS – The Global Alliance in Management Education. In 2024, he was a candidate with Azione in the European elections for the Italian North-West electoral district and, in autumn 2025, he was elected to the Regional Council of Valle d’Aosta.
In his institutional role, he focuses on Valle d’Aosta’s participation in European processes, territorial innovation, youth policies and the specific challenges of mountain regions, promoting dialogue between Alpine territories, European institutions and local communities.
