- Lucian Micu is the Public Administrator of Neamț County, Romania, with over 20 years of experience in public administration, institutional management and regional development. A lawyer by profession, he previously served as Deputy Mayor and Mayor of the Municipality of Roman, where he led initiatives focused on urban development, public services and local governance. Throughout his career, he has managed public institutions and utility services, gaining extensive expertise in administrative reform, strategic planning and sustainable territorial development. He holds a Law degree from Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iași and two Master's degrees in Business Management and Public Administration. In his current role, he coordinates strategic development projects aimed at strengthening local communities and promoting sustainable regional growth.
