- The Regional Federation - CIDFF / FR-CIDFF Centre-Val de Loire helps to implement at the local level the policy and strategic guidelines of the National Federation-CIDFF, the government, and the Centre-Val de Loire Region, in support of women’s rights and gender equality.
In the area of Employment/Training, it offers awareness-raising initiatives and training programs for employment professionals, businesses, and local authorities on the topics of professional equality, gender diversity in the workforce, and combating stereotypes.
