An engineer and university professor, she has extensive experience in energy, sustainability, climate adaptation and mitigation, ETS and Carbon trading and international cooperation. She served as Mayor of Assisi from 2016 to 2024 and as President of the Province of Perugia from 2021 to 2024. Her political work focuses on sustainable development, health equity, territorial cohesion and the needs of rural and inner areas.
