We go beyond housing-our model combines affordable homes with personalised social support, including mentoring, financial counselling and community-based services. As a nationwide housing provider working in close partnership with a leading social service network, we reach several diffferent vulnerable groups across the country, including families in deep poverty , people with disabilities and young people leaving care. By connecting housing with social work based on presence, we create long-term stability and real pathways towards independence and inclusion.
