- Ms Orsolya Mária Kövér currently serves as State Secretary within the Ministry of Development, Public Works and Administration. In this role, she oversees the coordination of the Directorate General responsible for implementing the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, as well as the Directorate for Urban Planning and Construction and the Directorate for Policies and Strategies.
Ms. Kövér pursued her academic training at the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Architecture and Urban Planning “Ion Mincu” in Bucharest, earning her Bachelor's degree in 2006. She later specialized in architectural restoration through a program implemented by the Transilvania Trust at Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca.
