- Anna Hriňová serves as the Director of the Department of Regional Development and Spatial Planning at the Banská Bystrica Self-Governing Region, a position she has held for over three years. She leads and supervises six subordinate departments, ensuring the effective implementation of regional development initiatives, spatial planning frameworks, and sustainable territorial governance. Her work focuses on aligning regional priorities with national and European policies, fostering balanced territorial development, and supporting long-term economic, social, and environmental sustainability across the region
