- Nathalie Martín Bekier is Deputy Project Manager at SALAR International, where she contributes to the management of Sweden’s flagship programme in Ukraine, the Polaris Programme, supporting decentralisation and multilevel governance.
She holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from Uppsala University, with a specialization in international development cooperation and the EU. With over 18 years of experience in international development and public administration—including at the Swedish Ministry for Foreign Affairs—she brings extensive expertise in governance, decentralisation, and municipal cooperation.
Nathalie has worked across Europe and Latin America, including in Brussels with the European Confederation of Development NGOs. Since 2021, her work has focused on strengthening local governance and international municipal partnerships in Ukraine.
