Driving change: Empowering talent in the automotive sector

Co-organised by the Automotive Regions Alliance, chaired by the Grand Est Region, and the Automotive Skills Alliance, this event will bring together EU policymakers, regions, industry and education stakeholders for a strategic dialogue on skills in the automotive sector. The industry faces challenges that are reshaping workforce needs and highlighting the need for upskilling and reskilling pathways. Building on existing initiatives, it will highlight successful examples of interregional cooperation. The goal is to showcase local actions aligned with the Union of Skills priorities, translating EU strategies into concrete measures and showcasing regions as key drivers of transformation.
