Driving Change: Empowering talents in the automotive sector

Co-organized by the Automotive Regions Alliance, chaired by the Grand Est Region, and the Automotive Skills Alliance, this event will bring together EU policymakers, regions, industry, and education stakeholders for a strategic dialogue on skills in automotive. The sector faces challenges which reshape workforce needs for pathways towards up- and re-skilling. Building on existing initiatives, it will highlight successful examples of interregional cooperation. The goal is to showcase local actions aligned with the Union of Skills priorities, translating EU strategies into concrete measures and showcasing regions as actors of transformation.
