Ukraine Recovery Conference's (URC202) Local and Regional Dimensionpre-event, "Road to Tallinn"

URC2027 will be held in Tallinn in January 2027. The Estonian Ministry of Regional Affairs and Agriculture is responsible for preparing its Local and Regional Dimension, in close partnership with Ukrainian and international partners, including EU institutions. EURegionsWeek brings together many key actors relevant to Ukraine’s local and regional recovery and offers a timely opportunity for a pre-URC discussion in Brussels. The event will bring together representatives of Estonia and Ukraine, including local authorities, the Committee of the Regions, DG REGIO and DG ENEST, NB8 partners and development partners. The Estonian Ministry will be represented by the Deputy Secretary General for Regional Development. Building also on the SALAR International workshop on municipal partnerships with Ukraine, the discussion will help identify priorities, partnerships and practical outcomes to be further developed towards Tallinn.
