At a pivotal moment for Europe’s urban transformation, this event brings together four sister projects - SPICE, UTOPIZE, BIOARC and CIRCBUILT - to rethink neighbourhoods through sustainability, circularity, inclusion, and citizen engagement. This side event marks the official launch of their collaborative cluster, a platform for mutual learning, joint advocacy, and amplified policy impact. By convening at the European Week of Regions and Cities 2026, the cluster aims to showcase how each project contributes to the EU Green Deal, New European Bauhaus and Horizon Europe Missions through innovative, place-based solutions; demonstrate the added value of collaboration; and engage regional and EU stakeholders in a dialogue on scaling up participatory, circular, and inclusive urban transformations.
