Plan4Cold (P4C) project is organising a webinar in collaboration with ManagEnergy initiative to discuss methodologies, tools and inspirations to develop and implement Sustainable Heating and Cooling (H&C) plans in anticipation of EED transpositions. Alfonso Arroyo Gonzalez, FEDARENE Vice-President for Renewable Heating and Cooling and representative of the Regional Government of Castilla y León will introduce the event setting the scene with an overview of current EU context (EED, electrification action plan and its H&C dimension). Then, representatives of the Portuguese Energy Agency (ADENE) and technical partners from Ambiente Italia and R2M will present P4C methodology and selection of tools. It will be followed by presentations of best practices from the Region of Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Madeira, Asturias Region, Dublin Region and Plovdiv Region.
