How can talent attraction strengthen regional resilience and sustainable development? This session explores how European regions can leverage human capital to address demographic challenges, foster innovation and drive territorial regeneration. Drawing on the experience of the Puglia Region, it presents the Regional Talent Strategy and the #mareAsinistra strategy, which promote an ecosystem connecting talent, innovation and sustainable growth. The Interreg Greece-Italy project ENERGIE will be showcased as a practical example of how these policies can be translated into community-driven regeneration models with potential for replication across Europe.
