European Week of Regions and Cities

Networking Event of European Regions for Competitive and Sustainable Tourism

NECSTouR is pleased to welcome stakeholders committed to shaping the future of European tourism on the evening of 13 October. This networking event, from 17.30 to 20.00, will bring together representatives from European institutions, regions, Member States, tourism destinations and NECSTouR members to celebrate the essential role of regions in building a more sustainable, resilient and competitive European tourism sector. It will provide a valuable platform for European, national and regional policymakers to connect, collaborate and identify how they can work together to drive lasting change across Europe’s tourism sector. By bringing together policymakers and stakeholders from across the sector, the event will foster diverse perspectives and support the effective implementation of the new European Tourism Strategy, strengthening tourism while enhancing quality of life across Europe’s regions. This collaborative approach fully embraces this year’s motto: “Strong regions, strong Europe.”
