This session explores how European cities can develop adaptable and locally accepted 15‑minute cities. Representatives from Trondheim (NO), Gdansk (PL), Valencia (ES), and Oxford (UK)—EU DUT project ENACT 15mC Urban Living Lab cities—will present mobility strategies and pilot projects linked to the 15‑minute city concept. Examples include Trondheim’s green transport programme (Miljøpakken), the transformation of Gdansk’s Old Shipyard, last‑mile delivery in Valencia’s historic centre, and the Florence Park neighbourhood pilot in Oxford. Shared experiences and lessons will support discussion and joint brainstorming on cultivating what an ideal 15‑minute city policy across Europe can be.
