How can regions accelerate circular construction? This engaging workshop explores how public authorities can translate EU ambitions into practical action by strengthening partnerships, scaling circular solutions, and creating conditions for sustainable growth. Participants will take part in a simulation of a partnership around a circular construction project. Building on the FutureBalticBauhaus project, speakers from Holbæk Municipality and Kalmar Municipality will set the scene and share experiences from their project. They will be joined by representatives from Stavanger Municipality and GrønnBy, a network focused on sustainable urban and regional development. The ambition after the event is to present concrete policy recommendations to create collective engagement across public and private actors to support scaling up circular construction.
