With over 25 years of experience in European innovation policy and socio‑economic transformation, he previously served as Director of the Active and Assisted Living (AAL) Association, leading a public–public partnership on digital and social innovation for active and healthy ageing. His work focuses on ecosystem‑based innovation, place‑based industrial transition and trust‑based collaboration between regions at European level.
