- Francesco Molica is a PhD researcher at Université libre de Bruxelles and a research associate with the Institute for European Policymaking at Bocconi University, focusing on EU Cohesion Policy, regional development and innovation policy. Prior to joining EURADA, he held senior roles in EU regional policy, including positions at the Joint Research Centre of the European Commission, the Conference of Peripheral Maritime Regions, and DG REGIO, and has published widely on EU budgetary and territorial development issues
