- Sif Vik has extensive experience in innovative youth work, project management, international youth work, and experience in working with creative industries and young entrepreneurs. She has worked in the youth field in the city of Tromsø (Norway) for 24 years, leading many different projects and developing new concepts for youth work. Sif Vik is also the project manager for Tromsø’s bid for European Youth Capital 2026.
