- Responsible for coordinating tasks in the areas of strategic development and Smart Region strategy Born in 1985 in Brno, he holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Economics and Management from Brno University of Technology. He has been active in local and regional politics for KDU-ČSL (EPP) since 2010, serving as a member of the Brno-Bystrc district council and, since 2016, as a member of the South Moravian Regional Assembly, where he was re-elected in 2020 and 2024. He also holds several advisory and oversight roles at regional level and serves as Chair of the Supervisory Board of the Brno Water and Sewerage Company. Since 2025, he has been a member of the European Committee of the Regions, where he seeks to present the South Moravian Region as a leader in innovation while also advocating for European support to address the region’s severe water scarcity challenges.
