- Panitsidis Konstantinos is an Assistant Professor at the University of Western Macedonia (Greece) and a Collaborative Member of the TELNAS Laboratory. He has over 15 years of experience in EU-funded R&D projects, combining IT and environmental sciences. His research interests include decision support systems, data science, geoinformatics, green technologies, natural resource management, and sustainable development. He applies innovative digital tools and ecological knowledge to strengthen environmental management, ecosystem resilience, and sustainable resource planning.
