- Małgorzata Jarosińska-Jedynak is an engineer and an expert in development policy, EU funds and public management. She graduated from Rzeszów University of Technology. Throughout her career in public administration, she has specialised in designing and implementing instruments supporting regional development, entrepreneurship and the effective use of European Union funds. For many years, she was associated with the regional administration of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship.
Between 2018 and 2023, she held senior positions in the Polish government administration responsible for EU funds and regional policy, including serving as Minister of Funds and Regional Policy during the second and third cabinets of Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki. She was responsible for coordinating development policy and overseeing the implementation of EU-funded programmes.
Since 2024, she has served as a Member of the Board of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship, overseeing initiatives aimed at strengthening regional competitiveness, innovation and socio-economic development.
