- Christophe Jacquemain (an HEC graduate) has over 45 years of recognised experience as a consultant and urban development banker, specialising in the management and financing of public and private entities dedicated to regional development. For 12 years, he served as an expert for the EU and international development finance institutions (EIB, EBRD, AFD, KfW), overseeing projects related to local government management and the energy transition in Eastern Europe, Ukraine, the Caucasus, the Mediterranean region, Africa, and Vietnam. He has diverse experience covering the following key areas:
- Extensive experience advising municipalities and states on the planning and management of urban services and projects;
- Recognised international experience in local finance and urban development financing;
- Familiar with various financing techniques and tools, as well as techniques for analysing transaction risks, and has designed financial models for projects.
He is currently the deputy mayor of Lyon in charge of International and European relations.
