- Anders has 40 years of experiences from international cooperation mainly within Europe. Since 2013 he is policy area coordinator for Policy Area Education within the EU Strategy for the Baltic Sea Region (EUSBSR). The first of today four macro-regional strategies. One priority of the Strategy’s Action Plan is to support vulnerable groups of youth. To prevent early school leaving and to ease the way from school to work. The Strategy offer stakeholders transnational platforms for co-creation of solutions. Sustainable and effective structures to address common challenges together, using the collective competences in Europe. One resent result of such a co-creation in EUSBSR is the Youth Guidance Centres with multi-competent teams supporting the group of NEETs (Not in Education, Employment or Training). Now being introduced in the countries of the Baltic Sea Region.
