Large transport infrastructure projects, such as railways and tram networks, are key drivers of urban and regional development, shaping mobility, accessibility, and quality of life. However, construction works often generate social tensions, making early stakeholder engagement essential. This event will provide a platform to exchange experiences and discuss planning approaches and participatory methods for transport projects among Polish practitioners. Through an expert panel and interactive workshops, participants will explore social impacts, transport accessibility, and cooperation with residents and stakeholders, while identifying good practices and developing practical recommendations.
