Climate Budget Summit: How Local Leaders Turn Climate Ambition into Action

European cities have set bold climate targets, but municipal budgets are tight, priorities compete, and political cycles are short. How can climate budgeting support the EU ambitions on climate neutrality, and what has already been achieved in testing EU strategies on the ground?
