European cities have set bold climate targets, but municipal budgets are tight, priorities compete, and political cycles are short. How can climate budgeting support the EU ambitions on climate neutrality, and what has already been achieved in testing EU strategies on the ground? City leaders and practitioners meet to discuss this at the Climate Budget Summit – launched by the Climate-4-CAST project (co-funded by Interreg BSR), which directly supports the implementation of EU climate targets and the EU Cities Mission.
