Co-organised by the Horizon Europe project BIO2REG and EFI Bioregions, the event takes place alongside the Global Bioeconomy Summit 2026 in Dublin. It explores how regions are unlocking their bio-based innovation potential by building on local strengths through place-based approaches tailored to regional needs. A high-level panel will feature regional policymakers sharing experiences on opportunities and challenges, followed by pitches on successful governance, financing and innovation instruments and a networking marketplace to foster collaboration.
