The Local and Regional Time Network brings together 50 local authorities across Europe that are implementing time policies that improve well-being, foster economic development and strenghten democracy, effectively implementing the right to time for all citizens. Under the financing of the 2024 CERV-Network of Towns call, they are coming together in Barcelona to discuss and approve a Strategy that identifies specific actions that can be taken at EU level to spread and strenghten time availability amongst our citizens and in our municipalities. The event will feature a participatory workshop to discuss and validate the proposals, and a networking space for all municipalities to come together.
